La Jolla, Calif. - Covario, a provider of interactive marketing analytics software, announced on Tuesday that it has raised a $16 million second round of financing, led by FTVentures.

Seattle - Melodeo, a provider of on-demand audio and video programming for the Web and mobile platforms, has raised $7.9 million in its third round of funding, led by Ignition Partners and Voyager Capital.
