New York - Vringo, a distributor of video ringtones, on Wednesday announced a deal with Time Warner's (NYSE: TWX) Turner Broadcasting System Europe, that will allow subscribers to download clips from Cartoon Network and Adult Swim as video ringtones. New York-based Vringo also has partnerships with Discovery Channel and Universal Music Group.

New York - Vringo, a video ringtone sharing service, announced on Tuesday that it has raised $12 million in its second round of financing, led by Warburg Pincus.

Palm Desert, Calif. [DEMO 07] - Vringo on Wednesday introduced its video ringtones service at the DEMO 07 event in Palm Desert, Calif. The company will offer the service -- which allows users to share short video clips each time they make a phone call -- directly to consumers and together with wireless carriers.  Content will include both user-generated clips and licensed material from TV, movies and music videos. Vringo's service is currently available as an invitation-only private beta.
