Game Firms Digini, Vyk Merge to Form Blade Games

Seattle - Video game engine developer Digini and game design studio Vyk Games on Thursday announced that they have merged to form Blade Games. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Bellevue, Wash.-based Blade says it will offer its Blade3D game development tools alongside its outsourcing services based in Shanghai, China.
