CBS' CSTV Networks Launches Mobile Alerts, Ringtones

New York - CBS Corporation's CSTV Networks, a provider of college sports coverage, announced on Wednesday that it partnered with VeriSign to launch a new mobile service. CSTV 2 Go will initially offer custom ringtones and wallpapers from 100 colleges across the U.S., and customized team news alerts that let subscribers select the sports and frequency by which they receive alerts -- down to per inning, per period or per half.

Verizon Launches Wallpaper Application from Rocket Mobile

Basking Ridge, N.J. - Verizon Wireless announced on Friday that it has partnered with mobile application and messaging developer Rocket Mobile, which will host and distribute a wallpaper application that allows users to personalize their phones with various images.

Airborne Entertainment to Publish Vision Street Wear Mobile Wallpapers

Montreal - Mobile entertainment publisher Airborne Entertainment announced on Wednesday that it has signed deals with license operator Collective, to develop and publish branded mobile phone wallpapers from boardsports brands Vision Street Wear and Lamar.
