Ars Technica Acquired by Conde Nast for $25 Million

Malden, Mass. - Ars Technica, a publisher of IT and science news and information, has been acquired by the publisher Conde Nast. According to some published reports, the deal was priced at around $25 million, which is the same amount that Conde Nast paid last year for the technology-related content publisher Wired.
