Guy Kawasaki: The Inside Word on Word-of-Mouth Marketing

In this interview Dave Balter explains word-of-mouth marketing. Balter founded BzzAgent in 2002. His company has provided word-of-mouth media services for dozens of Fortune 500 companies and has been featured in The New York Times Sunday Magazine, The Wall Street Journal, The Economist, and on National Public Radio. He is also co-founder and current board member of The Word of Mouth Marketing Association. Balter earned a B.A. in Psychology from Skidmore College. BzzAgent Terminates 10,000 Users of Word-of-Mouth Marketing Service

Boston - BzzAgent, a Boston-based provider of online "word-of-mouth" marketing and media services, announced on Monday that the company will begin expelling up to 10,000 "pests," or BzzAgent community members who have violated the company's terms of service, from its network.
