MLB Streaming Early Innings of Suspended World Series Game

Philadelphia - Major League Baseball will today stream the first five-and-a-half innings of Monday's World Series Game 5 that was suspended due to rain, before the game is scheduled to resume later this evening. The stream, which requires the Microsoft Silverlight plug-in to view, begins at 3 p.m. PT/6 p.m. ET.

Major League Baseball Offers Custom DVDs of World Series Games

Santa Cruz, Calif. - Major League Baseball Productions announced on Monday that it will offer custom DVDs of each game of the 2006 World Series for purchase through Amazon.com's CustomFlix DVD on Demand service. MLB partnered with A&E Home Video on the service, through which CustomFlix will create each $19.95 individual game DVD as it is ordered by a customer, and ship it within days of the completion of each game.
