Connecticut-based USA Video provides businesses with streaming video and video-on-demand delivery technologies, and holds several patents on such technologies. "We vigorously defended against the USA Video infringement claims because we knew that Movielink was not infringing its patent. We are pleased, but not surprised, that the court has agreed with us," said Movielink CEO Jim Ramo. Movielink is a joint venture between MGM, Paramount, Sony, Universal and Warner Bros.
