Wyndstorm Launches Live Concert Video Site Moogis.com

Washington - Wyndstorm, a developer of social network technology, said on Monday that it has launched a new live music website, developed in conjunction with Net Music Communities. The subscription site, Moogis.com, will offer streaming video access to live concerts, both in real time and archived, and social media elements. Webcasts will kick off with all 15 of the Allman Brothers Band's 40th anniversary concerts next month. Six-month subscriptions to the site cost $125.

Social Media Firm Wyndstorm to Go Public in Reverse Merger

Norwalk, Conn. - Wyndstorm, a D.C.-based developer of social network technology, said on Tuesday that it will become a publicly traded company through a reverse merger with Connecticut-based Internet telephony firm PacketPort.com.

Social Networking Developer YFonGlobal Acquired by Splinternet

Washington - YFonGlobal, the developer of a platform that allows clients to launch social networking platforms, said on Wednesday that it has signed a deal to be acquired by Splinternet Holdings, a Connecticut-based developer of Internet telephony products and services.
