- Wyndstorm, a developer of social network technology, said on Monday that it
has launched a new live music website, developed in conjunction with Net Music
Communities. The subscription site, Moogis.com, will offer streaming video
access to live concerts, both in real time and archived, and social media
elements. Webcasts will kick off with all 15 of the Allman Brothers Band's 40th
anniversary concerts next month. Six-month subscriptions to the site cost $125.

Norwalk, Conn. - Wyndstorm, a D.C.-based developer of social network technology, said on Tuesday that it will become a publicly traded company through a reverse merger with Connecticut-based Internet telephony firm PacketPort.com.
