Churchill Downs Bids $126.8 Million for Youbet.com

Louisville, Ky. - Churchill Downs Incorporated, whose holdings including the Kentucky Derby horse race and other race tracks, announced on Thursday a $126.8 million bid to acquire online gambling site Youbet.com.

Los Angeles - Opposing Views, a site that aims to "give millions of people opposing views from experts on issues and questions they face every day," announced on Monday that it has raised a $1.25 million first round of venture capital financing, led by Frontera Group.
