Hong Kong - CDC Corporation's online gaming and mobile services unit, China.com, announced on Friday that revenues at its online game business increased 52%, to $7.8 million in the second quarter of 2006.

Hong Kong - Chinese online portal China.com announced on Wednesday that "Yulgang," a massively multiplayer online roleplaying launched two months ago by its Beijing 17game unit, has now amassed 9 million registered accounts. The free game also does not require that users pay any subscription fees. The company added that at peak periods, the game has averaged over 215,000 concurrent users. Shares of China.com parent company CDC Corporation were up 12 percent on the news.
