notorious file-sharing hub The Pirate Bay, and will turn the site into a

operators of The Pirate Bay -- who were recently found guilty of copyright infringement,
sentenced to a year in prison and ordered to pay fines totaling $3.9 million --
will receive half of the payment in cash and half in GGF shares.

Paramount's "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen" posted the biggest
opening in IMAX history, with a single-day domestic gross of $3.9 million, and five-day

making for a per screen average of over $85,000 during the five-day opening
period. The company said the IMAX release contributed more than 7% of the
film's $201 million total, on less than 2% of the screens showing the picture.

Thursday that mobile uploads to the site have jumped 1700% in the past six
months, and have been rising 400% per day since Friday, when Apple's (NASD: AAPL) new video-capable
iPhone 3GS went on sale. The company did not break down the numbers any
further, to state how many mobile videos are uploaded daily, or by device, or what
percentage they represent of the total videos uploaded to YouTube, NewTeeVee
noted.
