Biography

Prior to joining COMPTEL in June, 2005, Mr. Comstock was a partner at Sher & Blackwell, heading up the firm's telecommunications practice and representing Internet service providers, backbone providers, wireless cable operators, competitive local exchange carriers, and others before Congress, the FCC and Executive Branch agencies. COMPTEL was formed in March 2005 by the merger of COMPTEL/ASCENT and the Association for Local Telecommunications Services (ALTS).
